How much does maintenance cost?

Three tiers. Basic — €150/month: security updates, uptime monitoring, monthly report, 2h of change work. Business — €450/month: Basic + performance monitoring, error tracking, 8h, fast response (within 4h on business days). Enterprise — from €1,200/month: full DevOps, 24/7 monitoring, SLA, dedicated developer, 20+ hours for changes.

How fast do you respond to issues?

For critical issues (site down, payment errors, data inaccessible) we respond within 1–4 hours on Business and Enterprise plans. Basic plan — 8–24 hours. Other improvements are scheduled within the month.

Can I cancel the plan?

Yes, anytime with 30-day notice. We hand over all documentation, access and backups so your team or another developer can continue.

Do unused hours roll over?

In many maintenance contracts they don't. With us — they roll over to the next month (but not beyond a couple of months), so you don't pay for nothing.

Do you maintain sites you didn't build?

Yes. We start with a technical audit to understand system state, code quality and tech debt. We then propose a maintenance plan with concrete recommendations. We work with Laravel, Next.js, React, Node.js, WordPress and other common stacks.
